Matt came the same day that we called, was very helpful and knowledgeable and got us on the schedule within a very reasonable amount of time considering the weather and how busy they are. We are very pleased with the work and would recommend United Waterproofing to anyone needing to waterproof their basement.

Matt and his team did a fantastic job installing footing and french drain systems at our house. They started the job on the agreed-upon day, and finished it quicker than expected, without any apparent sacrifice of quality and no "up-charges". The most impressive part of the whole experience was how responsive and communicative Matt was; he almost always answered his phone, responded to calls and texts immediately, and took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. In my experience working with a wide variety of contractors/home improvement specialists, this is a true rarity and a breath of fresh air. 5 stars!
