The Hazel Stamford

I have been here for a year and the experience has been great. The staff is amazing. Professional yet friendly and always willing to assist you when needed.
The building is new and has great amenities.
It seems the Hazel likes to have a good time as well. They host events almost every week. They are truly genuine as they trip to make this community a family.
I highly recommend the Hazel and it's staff.

I toured this past week. I toured with Arman, he was very professional and had answers to all my questions. Krystal, the property manager made me feel right at home with her kindness while I waited for Arman since I arrived early. Overall the building is amazing the amenities are great and the location is perfect since I commute to the city and need to take the train. I’m just a little sad I couldn’t pull the trigger on an apartment since I won’t be moving anytime until next June.

Living at The Hazel has been a great experience. I first toured The Hazel when they were approaching the finish line of their construction. The leasing team was great to work with, answered all my questions, and even provided amazing visuals and descriptions of what the finished space was going to look like.

When looking at the building, I knew there was construction going on next door. The leasing team at The Hazel was prepared to answer all my questions regarding what to expect during the construction phase and were even prepared with renderings showing the scale of the new building.

Since moving in, Krystal and the rest of the team have been a pleasure to be around. She and Arman are always a pleasure to speak with; they are not transactional people like other leasing offices I have experienced in the past. Even my dog loves getting his daily afternoon treats from Krystal!

All of the amenities are great as well. From the pool, outdoor firepit, gym and the community room with ample tables to work from if you are a remote worker like myself, you can tell there was a ton of thought that went into making The Hazel a great home for everyone!

I'm a resident at The Hazel in Stamford and I have no complaints. Our community is safe and cozy. The staff works very hard in ensuring all residents feel at home. They make me feel welcome every single time I see them and also provide us with over the top social events. On my floor I'm surrounded by amazing neighbors! We all look out for each other and I have to be honest, the peace and quiet we have is fantastic. Come join our community and become part of our family!

The Hazel Stamford is such a welcoming community and has all the amenities you can ask for (gym, pool, coworking space, fire pit). The location is also perfect and a few minutes from the downtown area.

My experience here so far has been great and Krystal, Arman, Yvenson, Telmo, & the rest of the team have made it even better. Everyone including neighbors are very friendly and respectful.

There are also resident events every months that make it even more with it! Krystal does an amazing job with putting these together and continuing to build our community and make it a positive experience.

The communication is also something that is important and stands out to me. If you have any questions the team is always ready to answer them and help when needed.

In addition they keep us up to date on everything we need to know! Wish I had more stars to add for this one 😊
