“I started "Reshape by Patrick" after purchasing a 6 week groupon this Spring. I went to boot camp approximately 2-3 times/week and I definitely saw a different in relation to my overall endurance and strength. Within this six week period I saw my body begin to transform. “The 7E Fit Spa location in Stamford is absolutely fabulous! Tracey the owner is so warm and kind. Tracey does my hard to control hair and I like to go pay a (small) fee to use her sauna. The Transcend far infrared sauna at 7E Fit Spa  is so wonderful, I really enjoy taking a sauna there after a long day @ work. Tracey was explaining to me her sauna is completely non-toxic materials wise (wood, electronics, heaters etc) and she takes so much time and effort to help her clients learn about their health, beauty, and detox. The customer service is great. I would highly recommend this fit spa if you're a local in the area or even just passing through CT... its worth the stop to get a good cut/color/sauna! Thanks 7E. :)”
