“I called two different chimney companies. O'Connell was the best. My chimney had problem and CO was leaking out. Other chimney guy came there and looked through the camera and said chimney is blocked. Charged me $425 and left. But did not tell me why chimney is blocked and verbally quoted me about 15,000 to install the chimney outside of my house. O'Connell came to my house, did thorough inspection without any camera and explained me why the chimney is blocked and where. He showed me which part of the chimney broke. He gave me the quote of $6230 to install outside chimney because my existing chimney will be very difficult to repair. He did not charge me anything for his expert opinion. Even though I did not choose to go with outside chimney installation I thought O'Connell was very knowledgeable and not in the business of ripping off people. I am installing direct vent boiler. O'Connell is very honest, hardworking person.”
