First time home owners and new to Trumbull. Sellers did not disclose, and our inspector did not pick up, an existing leak from our master bathroom. My husband put his hand on the wall to support himself and it went through the drywall. STEVE was referred by a church friend and was amazing. He walked me through the process. Came several times to assess the problem and then had it fixed before the holiday. Responsive and reliable.
Steve was a pleasure to work with. Came on time, quality work, and even called days later to make sure we were happy. Also, being new in town, he chatted with us for a while telling us all the great things to do with our kids in the area
I have to give 5 stars for his work. Arrived in the time frame that we discussed and worked quickly but professional. Answered my questions and most of all was affordable. Definetly would recommend
Steve responded quickly to our “SOS” call for our main floor running toilet flooding the basement; also gave us some helpful phone advice on shutting off our water valve until he could arrive. He competently took care of the repair and was also affable and courteous. Would highly recommend!
