(June 12, 2018, 11:48 pm)Just adopted a new puppy as a first time dog owner and was a little nervous to be honest but the workers who helped me today Sarah and Ashley I believe gave me a coupon book and helped me get everything I needed! Got lots of good advice and even saved money too! I shop for my cat here and always feel welcome but this time I was especially grateful for all they helped me with. I feel confident about my puppy and will be back soon for more!
(April 6, 2018, 11:54 pm)Went into the petvalu there in Trumbull and had an awesome experience. Staff was very friendly and the store was clean. My dog has a hard time taking a bath and staff was very nice helping me. Love how they give treats at bath time. Great store fun to get my dog out the house and being able to browse around the store talking to staff about all the different variety of foods and treats. Good environment will be referring you guys keep up the great work.
(April 6, 2018, 10:34 pm)Came in on a Saturday for a dog wash for my Great Dane. The store was very busy with nonstop washes but the staff was excellent and kept the place clean even with all the dogs in there. They had plenty of towels and treats and a great selection of shampoos. Have been coming here for years but I do have to say that in the last year or so the store has really improved. Customer service is outstanding, staff is wonderful and the store always smells good and looks clean! Highly recommend this place!
