He initially came out to evaluate and access the work. He explained the process, told me which parts needed to be ordered and told me which day he'd return for service. True enough, Bert and his employee showed up on this day and proceeded to work on all of the electrical jobs we agreed upon. Their work is professional, efficient, and thorough. They are excellent windows - we are so happy to have contracted Frank for this job. We interviews 2 other contractors.
