For example, when I needed iMac screen replaced, they worked with me to schedule so they could do in a 90-min block while I ran errands nearby ... didn't have to make a second trip there, didn't have to be without my Mac for even one day. On another occasion, a replacement part had problems out of the box (they noticed as they were testing). They loaned me a part and re-assembled machine so I could have use of it for the few days while they waited for a new part.”
