    Richard helped me find the best care for my mom five years ago after her stroke. He was extremely helpful, always ready to answer my questions, and was sensitive to my mom's needs.Five years later, I still call him whenever I need his help and he is responsive to my concerns.

    Recently found my mom an assisted living facility in CT with Richard's help. He was both professional and insightful, making this process much easier on our family. He pointed out the +/- of each place and guided us to ask the important questions during our visits, in an honest, respectful and caring way. I highly recommend his services.

    Richie is THE BEST! He took me all over. Kept working with me till we found the right fit. Which we did! He covered all aspects of the move. Financial and otherwise. He did the talking for me when I didn't feel comfortable. He is genuine and easy to talk to. This is a hard process, he made it 1000% easier. My family is indebted to Care Patrol and Richie Russo.

    I have worked with Richard and CarePatrol for almost 4 years. Richard and his staff have been very professional. His knowledge of the industry and being able to assess the client's needs and wants has made him successful in assisted living / dementia living placement. The fact that he does not charge a fee to the client is comforting. I recommend Richard and CarePatrol without hesitation. I give them 5 stars..Gary

    It was a wonderful experience working with Richard Russo.
    He was a great help in placing my parents in an assisted living facility.
    He is extremely knowledgeable about all the different places in the area
    and was always available to meet you, talk to you on the phone and
    respond to all of your questions and concerns via email. He is aware of all of the different assets each facility has to offer and which ones are best suited to your needs. He can speak about anything from insurance questions to all of the different pricing structures. Now that my parents are placed, he is still there if you need him and is genuinely concerned about their well being. He made a very difficult time as positive an experience as possible.
