The technician was very thorough and courteous - I appreciated the fact that he wore booties over his shoes when working in the house. They diagnosed the issue, acquired the parts and had it fixed in no time. He also replaced a missing screw in the unit (which previous service companies had ignored) and inspected the whole thing to ensure it was in perfect working order again. Great experience, thank you Dave's!
