Brian was very understanding and helped us resolve the issue. He even came out personally to make sure everything went smoothly. After everything was resolved we decided to buy a fireplace insert from him and we even referred our neighbors to the house of warmth for a pellet stove as well! Everyone is happy!”

The staff they hire in the summer are positive, help seniors with their boats and do so with a great attitude. The full service marina is also a nice feature if anything goes wrong.
