“I recently was in the market for storage / cargo containers. I did my due diligence and researching in renting vs. purchasing containers and came across Mobile Mini in New Milford, CT. My initial call to the office in New Milford where I spoke to Rob Potz - I'm so glad he answered the phone to help me! Rob explained how things worked with his company and invited me to take a look. Upon my arrival to the yard, Rob and his staff were super helpful in picking out containers to fit my needs. His knowledge and experience were invaluable in selecting sizes, condition and usage for my needs. I felt confident I was going to be taken care of and all of his promises were fulfilled (I don't find this the case all the time with other shopping experiences). I was concerned about the delivery, along with timelines and prepping the area for the delivery. Rob had it all covered and explained that his delivery team would take the time to make it right until I was happy and it was actually true! We scheduled a date and time for delivery, but two days prior, I had to change it (issues I had created, not Mobile Mini). I called Rob and he contacted me back immediately, rescheduling a new delivery date... this again is not the norm, so I was so grateful that he was so easy to work with. Sorry this review is so long, but it isn't very often that companies follow through with what they promise. However, Rob from Mobile Mini delivered exactly what he promised and more! On the date of the delivery, the Mobile Mini team went out of their way to make sure I was 100% satisfied and fulfilled all of my requests and needs. Everyone from Rob and his office staff to the delivery team were excellent. They were patient, professional and outstanding in every way. I have to say that if I am ever in the market for more cargo containers, my first call will be to Mobile Mini. I research everything all the time and shop around and they were not only competitive in price (actually cheaper) but their customer service was worth its weight in gold... and they stand by their products. 5 Stars... 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10... however you would like to rate it; and I don't give too many perfect scores on online reviews! “Not every Fed Ex shipment can be dropped into the Fed Ex mailboxes that many towns have. Sometimes--as when I had to ship back a laptop to the manufacturer for a warranty repair--you'll need to drop the shipment off at a center that's capable of accepting for shipment those large or bulky packages. When I did that on Friday, Clayton's was great. Very professional, yet not at all stuffy, and friendly and helpful. I was surprised to see one reviewer commenting on their service speed--mine was very quick. No charge for their acceptance of the carton for FedEx, by the way. When I was there, I also discovered that they deal with the ordinary public just as they deal with commercial customers. And they also have a wide variety of consumer style packaging supplies. Perfect for family shipments, such as sending your kid's stuff back to school. I'll absolutely be back at Clayton's again.”
