Made an appointment and on the scheduled day Ariel called first thing in the morning to tell me he was on his way. He was very pleasant and professional- diagnosed a hole in the drain hose and suggested a repair which he performed on the spot. Although I was concerned given the range of reviews I'm happy to say I was very satisfied with the experience.”
