“I had a great experience with the service I received at the Town Fair store in Stamford. I was recently told from my car dealership that I needed three new tires as luck would have it the one new tire I had on my vehicle got a nail in it. Mark my service rep went out to my car, assessed the damage and confirmed I did need three new tires. They did not have my tires in stock but Mark was able to locate them at a different location and they were delivered to the Stamford store the next day He called me the same day to let me know they were able to Patch the tire that gad the nail in it. I was able to make an appointment for the next day to have all the tires replaced. I pulled in 15 minutes before my appointment. They took my car in and in less than a half an hour the new tires were installed, balanced and a front end alignment performed. Mark did a fantastic job and was extremely professional and was able to answer all my questions. I would strongly recommend using Town Fair !”

“Overall Angelo’s is the place to go, I am very pleased with my experience. I got my car repaired through the insurance and they gave me all the information I needed to make sure I was well informed of the process. They send emails and call you to give you information on what is the next step. When you go to the location everyone is friendly and attentive. With Joe, Pete and Phil, lightning speed and extreme diligence, and for a price so much lower than expected I then go buy my wife something nice. “I have been bringing my foreign and domestic cars to Joe and Mario D'Agostino's place for 30+ years and only have great things to say about them. As stated in another review Joe is extremely well-trained and skilled at diagnostics and auto repair. Although they are foremost BMW and Audi experts, they can easily handle any make/model. They love working on Italian cars, btw. Agree that they are a hidden gem for auto repair! They are very, very trustworthy; repair estimates and costs are always very fair, if not under the market. I love these guys and recommend them highly. We own 5 cars and they service all of them (Toyota, Honda (2), Fiat, Subaru...Volvo and Ford in the past). You will not be disappointed. I would give them 6 stars if it were possible!”

He looked at it, drove it and said it was safe, the struts were perfectly fine nothing was cracked or broken and that we needed tires and an alignment. “A guy crashed into my car on the back right side, slamming the door, quarter panel, bumper. I was worried about the frame, too. Miguel Mendez greeted me at his shop and put me totally at ease. He described everything they would need to do, including testing the frame. The damage was close to the point of a total loss, but he fought with the insurance company for me to be able to keep my car (there was no way I would be able to get what I currently have with a "total loss" settlement). There was a lot of damage and it took nearly three weeks until the car was back in my hands, but it drives perfectly and you would never know it was in a collision. They do amazing work and they are customer-service oriented which is a rare thing these days. The car came back cleaner than when it went in. Go to My Way Auto Body -- you won't be disappointed.”

“Came here as my Audi dealer recommended them (they are an Audi certified shop). Someone hit and ran on me and scuffed up/dented my bumper and front panel but after coming here you would never know. Car looks brand new, plus they did me a favor and swapped in a different grille for me at no extra cost. They also cleaned the inside and outside and I swear the rubber floor mats have never looked so good. I would come back or recommend this shop in a heartbeat to anyone, especially if you own a VW or Audi.”
