“I went to this exact place about 1-2 years ago. Everything went well. Fast forward to July and August 2018. New crews in both July and August 2018. In July I changed engine oil for my sedan. A month later — check engine light popped up. UPDATE 9/2018: the check engine light has nothing to Valvoline. In August 2018, I changed my other car’s engine oil and coolant. A week after this, I realized that this car seems like it loses steam when turning. Turns out, they forgot to seal the air valve when they were changing the coolant. They also left a bunch of weird parts inside the hood of my car.”
