“St. Ann's is a great parish to be a part of. Divine Liturgy (known as the Mass in the Roman Rite) is lovingly and reverently offered by Fr. Michael where it is totally focused on the worship of God, not on ourselves as we find in many other Catholic parishes. If you want feel-good, nice nice, watered-down worship, this isn't the place for you. Homilies are at the right length, not too short, not too long, and always well thought out with the objective of teaching us the Faith. And if the homily leaves you to wanting more, all you have to do is chat with Fr. Michael. He always gives you the time of day if you would like to talk, whether it's for Confession, spiritual guidance, or good old fashioned friendly banter. He is extremely intelligent, is very insightful, and is very respectful. Not to mention he is a very close friend of mine. :-) Speaking of banter, the parishioners are very friendly. Even though when reviewing a church it is most important to highlight quality of worship, spirituality, and how it helps you grow in holiness, I will say the people here are great folks, and will most likely drag you down for coffee or tasty Lebanese food within the span of your first visits. If you are looking for God-centric and reverent worship, a parish to help you grow in holiness, clergy who are dedicated, and with the perk of feeling welcomed, St. Ann's is the place for you! Trust me, you will not regret being a part of a great place to call home.”

“I have been going to GFC for 24 years and you won't find a more friendly, inviting, God loving church anywhere else. The pastors are amazing and their love for God is very apparent in their messages and daily lives. The children's classes are amazing and the youth pastor is truly the best youth pastor ever. I wouldn't trust my future kids to be taught by anyone else. They preach from the Bible, don't change, add or subtract anything and God does the rest. If you want to be taught the full word of God then Grace Family Church will not disappoint!”

“Took my six year old son here who had just learned to ride a bike about a month ago. Once he got up the nerve, he had an absolute blast. Good for almost all ages.”

“Now that I am moving, here is my review after years of going to the church and being a member. I cannot think of another church in the area that is open to all people coming to, who are not "Pharisees" (pardon my injection of Christian humor). It's a doctrinally sound, love, hope, and be intentional kind of church. I could write 20 paragraphs as to my personal experiences with people from Walnut Hill and the measurable impact they are making. Multiple service times, multiple formats, for example the Sunday 8am is traditional hymns on piano, sometimes accompanied by violin. The 9 and 11a Sunday service is with a full band. Multiple bands, different music leaders on different Sundays. From a marketing point of view, this is so versatile, Walnut Hill can literally speak to everyone. Some of my closest friends and mentors have come from Walnut Hill. The only thing I will ask you, if you are going the first time: Please go 3 Sundays in a row before you make up your mind, and Get there 10-15 minutes BEFORE the actual start time of 8a, 9a, or 11a. Ask to say hi to the Pastor (there are multiple) By speaking to one of the pastors you will get to know exactly what the church is. A home for you and your family to grow in Christ, to fellowship with other believers, to make a positive impact on your community, and an impact on those in real need around the world.”

“We were visiting Westport and so we attended this church. The congregation was very friendly and welcoming. We're used to a more Southern style service so this was fairly sedate. Very nice facilities.”
