“I've been a student of Master Rob's for almost two years now, and am so excited to be able to say so. I was talking to a friend of mine who attended his school about what it was like because I had taken Tae Kwon Do as a young child, and although I didn't continue, I never lost interest in it. He told me I could try out the class for a few days for free to see if I liked it; so I did! And of course I loved it! Master Rob is kind, extremely knowledgable and encouraging. This is something I needed in a teacher, seeing that I was very nervous for starting an art form that I hadn't been a part of in so long. His classes are flexible, affordable and the adult classes are at the perfect times. Every class is a challenge for me physically, as well as an opportunity to learn more and better myself to get to my next belt rank. I strongly encourage taking Master Rob's classes. And I not only recommend it for children, but especially for adults. Even if you've never taken Tae Kwon Do before, you'll find it's not only fun, but that you accomplish things you never thought you could do before. There's no need to fear of what you can or can't do with Master Rob as your teacher!”

“I was referred to Dr. Sealey from the ER for a wrist fracture. At first, I was a little concerned when I learned he has a specialty in foot surgery. HOWEVER. He did a terrific job on the surgery, he was fantastic with aftercare, he remembered who I was and even managed to do such a good job on the suturing of the scar that after 3 months it is almost invisible. I could not be happier with the care and concern and skill he demonstrated.”
