    It was a beautiful place to be peaceful out there in the elimants of nature with horses and goats chickens dogs and a beautiful inn to stay with air conditioning or plenty of heat for any time of the year ( enjoy the freedom )

    GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Drew and the staff are wonderful and they cater to every need of the client. The fields are very well kept and the dogs are the best! I've found my one and only game preserve!

    Fantastic property! We hosted an event there for our dogs and Drew and his staff did a wonderful job for us

    Wonderful facility with great people. Drew and his staff could not have been nicer. The old farm house is full of charm while still being modern. Just a lovely place. The upland fields are wonderful. Great cover and a bird hunters dream. My husband guides with our three Brittany's and he felt the cover was a good if not better than any preserve he has guided on this year. If you are a bird hunter, give Marshtown a run........you will be glad you did.
