  Does office staff was friendly and accommodating. They were able to tell us right away that we wouldn't be able to Hitch a travel trailer to our current vehicle.
  
  Now, at least we know, we need to start looking for a larger vehicle with towing capacity.
  
  We will be watching their website to see what trade ins come in.

  Our salesperson Trinity right from the beginning was a person who was willing to work with us and show us options. She was not high pressure. She was ready to make things easy and she made sure what she told us done. Neff who made our hook-ups was very helpful and made sure everything was checked out. I would and have recommended Hitch RV to others. My only suggested would be to have a better stocked parts department for some extras or small things needed.

  We have purchased a few campers in the past, and Hitch was hands down the best dealer we have every worked with. Trinity was our sales person and she was truly amazing. We transitioned from our home to camping full time, and she made the process smooth and as stress free as she possibly could. Everyone was amazing from sales to the final paperwork. They stayed open late by almost 2 hours for us! Service you do not see often! I will be sure to spread the word of how we were treated at Hitch to anyone who will listen!
  
  We purchased a 2019 Sunset Trail and are enjoying life seeing America.

  Worked with Trinty who was great. Did almost all online. Trinity answered my questions to by phone and text. Always returned my calls and text messages in timely manner. By the time I went to Hitch wife and I did walk through and signed papers.
