“I have been a patient of Dr. Freid's for a few years. He and his nurse are always friendly, compassionate and competent. All but one of the front desk girls are always smiling and happy (even if they are busy or having a rough day)... except Karla. She never seems happy or smiles, just a stoney stare. Maybe she is a normally miserable person or perhaps she has mental issues that prevent her from feeling and expressing emotion. A little smile by the first person you encounter at the Dr's office can go a long way in eliminating a patient's nervousness and easing their mind.”
