“Was only 100 miles into a 2400 mile round trip to Miami, Fl when my low tire pressure light came on. Pulled off the highway to figure out which tire was losing air, filled it at Wawa and lost air within 10 minutes. Went to closest repair store (Googled tire repair nearby) and they told me to come back tomorrow! Lube Depot was next on the list, they got me in within 30 minutes and pulled a nail and plugged tire in 15 minutes. Back on the road with no issues since, saved me from a disastrous start to long road trip....thanks!”

“Overall my experience was very good. People were friendly, courteous and professional and I had good results. What could be improved: I had different people from one appointment to the other at times and some weren't as familiar with what I was supposed to be doing. Sometimes the person attending was very busy and there wasn't much supervision. At the beginning we need to be reminded about how to be performing our exercises and some did not. The massage is not much of a massage -- not enough pressure being put on the muscles. I have found massage to be as beneficial for me as the other therapy. It would be nice if that service could be provided at the place of therapy and not just the 5-10 minutes given. On the good side -- they were encouraging, answered my questions and were eager to help me take these exercises home to help me keep my progress. I definitely had relief from the pain and help in strengthening muscles. The facility was clean and open and snow was always removed to make it safe. I will definitely use ATI when I get my knee replacement and recommend them to others. ”
