All but one of the front desk girls are always smiling and happy (even if they are busy or having a rough day)... except Karla. She never seems happy or smiles, just a stoney stare. Maybe she is a normally miserable person or perhaps she has mental issues that prevent her from feeling and expressing emotion. A little smile by the first person you encounter at the Dr's office can go a long way in eliminating a patient's nervousness and easing their mind.”
