Had our HVAC system replaced in December after our furnace stopped working. Wade came out and gave us several options for installation. He answered any questions I had and was extremely nice and professional. Kyle came out with a crew of workers to install the new system. He was great. He addressed any concerns I had, answered all my questions, and was also extremely nice and professional. Everybody was great, from the woman who answered the phone to the workers who came out for the installation job. They made sure to keep everything clean and did the whole job in about 7 hours, despite giving me an estimated time of 8 hours to complete the job. Ryan, and the workers who installed the outside A/C unit, leveled out the ground by laying down rocks before putting down the new A/C platform, and it looks a lot better than before. By afternoon we had heat and I couldn't have been happier. The only issue I had was that the air filter was more difficult to remove, I think because it was in the location where the new system was attached to the existing ducts. I called and spoke with Wade, and he offered to have someone come to fix it immediately, or else he would come down himself. It wasn't a big deal that needed to be addressed right away, so I told him I would call back to schedule a day that I would be available.
Kyle had come back to fix the filter issue and he did a great job, and now it's much easier to replace the filter. I'm looking forward to see how the A/C works in the summer, but so far I'm extremely happy with the service provided by Triton.

Allen was wonderful. My heater was not working. He came out first thing in the morning, fixed everything and got me back up and running. He was fast and very pleasant. The price was fair and I will definitely be using Triton again for any and all of my HVAC needs!

The entire team who responded where absolutely wonderful! They were professional, knowledgeable and took time to fully explain the work that needed to be done. They worked efficiently and had the new water heater installed quickly. We very much enjoyed the interactions and appreciate the quality of work.

He cleaned up the location serviced. Kept his customer informed of his arrival time; he was picking up items to provide quality services.

I submitted a request for an appointment last evening and maybe about an hour later I got a call to set up the appointment and they were able to come out the next day for a repair. They did a great job when they came out to my house and super economical. Definitely will be using them again!
