    I very highly recommend this business. I was stranded about 100 miles from home due to a bad alternator. Even though they were full for the day, they worked me in and the price for repair was very fair. Everywhere else gave me a 2-3 day estimate. The tow truck apparently made a huge error in how they brought my AWD truck and the owner offered me documentation in case the tow caused further issues later. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and customer focused.

    I have been using TOTW services for years now and have never been disappointed. The mechanics i have dealt with have been very knowledgeable and they make sure I understand what I need to know to make the decision. Communication has been timely and the office receptionist always pleasant. TOTW has quickly diagnosed issues I have brought to them and often will even come in less of cost than original estimate.

    I will only be taking my vehicle to Turn of the Wrench from now on! They fixed a part that Ford either couldn't or wouldn't. She is 18 yrs old, I LOVE my vehicle and they took incredible care of her and me!!! She is now running smoothly and I am THRILLED!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!????

    Great car shop!! The people are great, they don't over charge you and you can trust them to do the work right and get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Definitely an A+ place, I'll never take my car anywhere else again!
