“Had our sales representative, Scott, our on a Saturday and loved the free testing. Scott was able to work out a next day install in which the installers were fantastic. Got the job done and went over every detail necessary to make sure my family understood. Within a day my family noticed a difference in the water we were drinking and showering in. The system works great and has proven to be a great decision for our family. Dan’s follow up was also fantastic. He came out a few days later to ensure the quality of the water was where it needed to be. He was extremely helpful in answering our questions and making sure the system was operating correctly. “I'm not normally one to write reviews - especially to chain establishments, but I have to make a exception for this Dunkin location. I've frequented many Dunkin' Donuts in the PA/NJ/DE area and this is the best one. Many locations prioritize drive-thru service which affects the walk-in service. But the walk-in service at this location is unmatched. Everyone that works there is great. But there is one particular woman who knows everyone's order and has the orders ready and lined up while still ringing up customers and providing service with a smile. I only go 1-2 times per week but by my 3rd visit she remembered my order - and even asked if I still drink iced coffee in the winter or switch to hot. And on the days she isn't working, the service is still always fast and friendly.”
