(October 30, 2018, 10:13 am)I only have good things to say about The Preserve at Deacons Walk! The apartments are updated and modern and the area is secluded and quiet, I've had no issues so far. The management team is great, always friendly and responsive and in my opinion very professional. Maintenance requests are responded to promptly.My apartment itself is great! If I had to make a complaint it would be that there are renovations going on but I look at renovations as a positive thing. I am truly impressed!
(October 29, 2018, 11:44 am)I have read several of the reviews and I honestly didn't get it until a couple days ago. They aren't doing construction where I am and the staff has always been friendly. I went into the office to put in a work order and Amanda was nice as always. As I was about to leave someone came into the office really upset about construction. They started screaming and the nice demeanor I always saw quickly changed to a defensive one. I wasn't there for the conversation (got out of there as soon as I could!) Now I can understand why people think they are rude. But if you came into my job screaming at me I wouldn't be having it either. Aside from that I've never really had an issue. They are pretty quick to get back to you and the maintenance is friendly. I only gave 4 instead of 5 because the parking does get pretty congested.
(October 17, 2018, 11:10 am)I moved into the renovated apartment a couple months ago. I LOVE IT! It's extremely quiet. And the woods are nice. I've had a few maintenance concerns but they were quick to respond. The woman in the office is very direct. She tells you like it is and I like that. I can see how it would be off-putting to some but I'd rather know what I was getting into than know someone is just trying to calm me down and brush me off. The grounds are kept up which is nice and I LOVE the secured entry. So far I'm glad I made this move.
(August 7, 2018, 2:37 pm)The management team consisting of former manager Teresa Slater and current Jennifer Foster were true professionals. Top notch as a leadership team. They were responsive when needed. A huge plus in a rental partnership!! This was a quiet community. I had a spacious one bed unit AND the walls were not thin!! Potential tenants keep this in mind if you prefer coming home to peace and quiet in your rented space. I would recommend this Pike Creek community several times over.
