  I’ve been taking my vehicles here for years. They are always quick, polite, and extremely helpful. They take the time to break down the costs so you don’t feel like you’re getting cheated. They just repaired my vehicle for $250 less than what the dealer wanted. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

  Chris, Matt and the staff mechanics extraordinaire at Certified Automotive Inc., are the best automotive facility in DELAWARE and in my mind the best in the nation!
  They provide not only exceptional service and expertise , but a safe, non intimidating, welcoming atmosphere for us women who have limited automotive knowledge and rely on the honesty of those we entrust our vehicle to.
  I started bringing my car to them and then suggested my mother bring her older vehicle inherited from my grandmother that had numerous wiring and repair issues from previous botched work. My 60 + yr old mother loves going to the shop, knowing they will give her the best option available, prolong the life of the vehicle, give her suggestions to decrease the need for repairs and will work on her vehicle without judgement and are relentless in locating the problem to ensure the safety and comfort of those riding in the vehicles.
  
  Chris, Matt and the staff never inflate their labor costs or the price of parts needed. They try to keep costs to a minimum if at all possible and they will work with you about the priority of the repairs if unexpected costs do arise. We have never experienced a quality company like Certified Automotive and we will continue to bring our vehicles, and encourage co-workers, friends, and family to also experience the magic once you walk through those doors. Amazing proprietors, amazing staff mechanics, amazing ethics and amazing service.

  Very caring and knowledgeable mechanic crew. It’s not about making money but the safety and the practicality of their customers. It’s the shop you trust over the dealerships and the shop that won’t empty your pockets. They involve you in the service of your car and inform you with every move! THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST AROUND!!! I trust nobody else with my vehicle.
