  Always a pleasure to deal with Hilyard's - whether its the first call into the office or dealing with their techs - and Greg is the absolute best! In an age where customer service seems to have fallen by the wayside, and folks aren't as considerate or concerned with the customer - when we're having "issues" with our copier, Hilyard's is one call I never dread having to make! Thank you ALL!

  Great company! If I contact them I receive a response in minutes. The tech is courteous, knowledgeable, professional and follows all CDC guidelines. They get a 5 star from me.

  I started working with Charles Hilyard a year prior to my prior lease being up for renewal this past June. Over that time period Charles followed up with me a few times to keep me updated and keeping in touch. Always very professional and respectful of my time. I wanted to lease a good used copier and when one was available, Charles worked with me to navigate canceling my lease at the end of the term. The customer service has been fantastic as we learned how to use the new copier and service issues. Charles will follow up on a regular basis to see how things are going and the service is first in class! I recently purchased a large format printer from Hilyard's without checking around purely based on the high quality of service I have received. Great products and service!

  Excellent commitment to customer service. Hilyard's has helped our organization transition to new equipment and has made sure we are all up to speed on how to best take advantage of our new technology. We are much more efficient because of their help and expertise.

  They looked at a HP printer for me that was not working. They said it would be a couple of days to get it looked at. 2 hours later they called with the estimate. That's very fast service that was beyond my expectations.
  They agreed with me that it was cheaper to replace then repair. Very nice and honest people. I would do business with them again anytime.
