Very private 1:1 studio. The instructor/owner pays great attention to detail and pushes for "perfect" moves, not just reps.
Studio is clean and has high-end equipment. Very professional.
I started Pilates lessons with Patti about 9 months ago. Within about ten sessions, I noticed a difference in my posture and the pain that I'd been dealing with in my neck. Patti was able to identify the muscle group that I'd been ignoring, transferring the weight to my neck and shoulders, and strengthen those muscles and get them working again.
It was pretty amazing... An important life change occurred through enjoyable 1:1 sessions filled with a lot of laughs. I would highly recommend Patti to anyone who is considering doing something positive for his/her well being!
I have been taking pilates from Patti for over 3 years and have enjoyed countless benefits as a result of her teaching style and attention to detail. Patti is very attuned to her clients and in some cases their limitations due to body structure, injuries, etc.
Personally I have seen more strength in my back and core. I highly recommend Patti for her Pilates expertise and her integrity.
