“I have been going to Dr. Horah for 10 years, and I love her practice. I had previously been going to Glasgow Family Practice for 15 years, and like so many large assembly line practices, the staff didn't even know who I was and turnover was huge. And I had to wait anyway. I'd be given one piece of advice or prescription, only to have that person leave, and another countermand it. Dr. Horah has a small family practice, so of course one has to wait. The profit margin on such a practice is extremely low. But Dr Horah knows us, utilizes electronic records to great effect, and diagnosed me with sleep apnea even though I thought the test was a waste of time. it has been life changing. She is very thorough and has blood testing on site. If you make note of the hours she is open, you can always get through on the phone. The office is not "dirty"...it is simply spare and utilitarian, not all bright and shiny. And why do people expect doctors and pharmacies to know more about their insurance plans than they do? there are thousands of plans! and that is what your formularies and websites are for. It is the patients' job to know their plans! I have never had a problem getting a prescription renewed, nor have I ever had a problem with the staff.”

“Great experience today! I see Jessica and she is very kind and caring. The facility is very clean and seems updated recently. The medical assistant was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable. I gave only 4 stars because I waited about 4-5 minutes to be greeted and checked in. Both staff members were on the phone. I was eventually greeted with a smile and helped! The staff did not seem overwhelmed like stated in other reviews which is great!”
