“Came in one day to find the system down. Rep assured me he’d hold the phone I wanted. He’s extremely good at multitasking and by far the most patient. While helping me he provided a tutorial for an older couple and answered questions for other customers while helping me. Felt sorry that he was the only person there doing all of this.
