“Tesla's Wilmington service center was fantastic. On President's day, I was visiting family (and picking up a wedding dress) in Wilmington. To make it home, I needed to charge, but my car would not charge at a supercharger on I-95. I managed to eke out the drive to the Tesla service center in Wilmington and they were great. They fit me in, so I could get home the same day. Not only did they fix my charging problem, they also actually fixed a navigation download and a seatbelt issue without my even asking or telling them. The store manager was wonderful and the mechanics were very competent, especially a fellow with a silver goatee. I would recommend them unreservedly.”

“Stopped by today, first time visiting a West Marine, It was a long drive so I made sure to call ahead of time and see if they had what I was looking for. One of the cashiers up front answered my call and went above and beyond. She left to find the item and even went as far as to hold it for me until I arrived. I asked if it was okay for me to walk around the store with my purchase in my hand and was told it was fine. Strolling through the store I noticed that it was immaculate, everything I looked at was front faced, and stocked. As for the selection of product available in the store I was also impressed. “I had the Wagyu Roast Beef regular size sub and it was delicious. Regular is more than enough for a lunch meal with a bag of BBQ chips and a Mtn Dew. My buddy had the Cheesesteak sub and he was also very satisfied. I’d say this sandwich is better than Jersey Mike’s, although JM’s is also very good. Next time I’ll try the Italian Sausage, BBQ Chicken and Meatball, in that order. Yummy!”
