  Was more than pleased with Matt and his customer service. Had a new bed delivered same day and he took his time with me to be sure I was informed and made the right decision. Would recommend if you are in need of a mattress at a great price!

  Buying a mattress from Matt at Mattress by Appointment was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Matt was an incredibly nice guy, professional, and courteous. He made my husband and I feel more like old friends, and not just valued customers. He was knowledgable , personable, and accommodating to our whole family. We will certainly be back the next time we’re in need of a mattress and plan to refer our friends and family!

  My spouse and I were referred by friends. We were a little skeptical at first but trusted our friends. What we found was a family owned and operated business, friendly, one-on-one service without pressure, quality products and a number of choices. Prices are lower because overhead is less. These prices are passed along. We purchased two top of the line mattresses (king and queen) for our Delaware home and scheduled delivery. We are pleased with the mattresses and extremely satisfied with the service we received at every step of the way. This is a good, salt-of-the-earth, honest, hard-working family. In fact, we will work through the family's Manheim store to purchase mattresses for our PA home too. Give them a call and check it out. It's safe and the lowest prices we could find for the quality we wanted. Our friends pointed us in the right direction.
