This time I had a really itchy rash on my shoulders that was spreading to my back. Dr. Julie wasn’t exactly sure what it was, but said she’d do some research and get back to me. She was in touch the very next morning with pictures, a diagnosis, and my new prescription to pick up with a couple other items I’d need to get well. I’m impressed and so thankful! What excellent, personal medical care. It’s worth my 45 minute drive to see Dr. Hattier.”

“I can honestly say that this gym has been a major part of saving my life...I was at my highest weight 430 lbs and around this time was the first time i walked in the Body Shop. I was warmly greeted by this lady who introduced herself as the owner of the gym smiling from ear to ear (anybody who knows Karen knows what I am talking about! ) . I was already nervous and intimidated by the notion of working out period...let alone in a public gym! She continued smiling and calmly asked me if she could give me a tour. I immediately confided in her that I was nervous about this whole process. She stopped an looked me in the eye and said "What is your name"...and I said, "Willis". She than began to tell me about a time in her life when she battled weight and was out of shape....I looked at her and thought...there is noway that this woman has ever ever ever battled weight or been out of shape, and she is really trying hard to sell me this membership! She saw the unbelief in my eyes and pulled a photo album and i saw it with my own eyes. She told me how she walked into a gym like this one and made a decision to reclaim her health. She also told me how she became a spokesperson for that gym and had a before and after poster of her put to advertise for that gym...I jokingly responded maybe I will be your spokesperson and Have a before and after photo of me. Because of her taking the time and sharing her story, and even checking on me from time to time...I lost over 150 lbs and am now at 270 lbs and in shape! This gym is full of warm community oriented people...it has a very respectful and positive vibe to it and it will satisfy all your fitness needs! I recommend this gym Highly!”
