“Thank you to BSD for repairing an issue with an Anderson door we have on our home in Ocean View. They did not install the door (it came with the house when we built it), but they were so helpful in repairing a broken lock and adjusting the door alignment. This door hasn't worked properly in the 5 years since we built our home, but with a quick appointment today it's working like new! She will spend as much time with you as you need. Ask any question and she has an answer that even a neophyte such as I can understand. In a bad cell reception area she will e-mail or text you to continue the conversation because to her there is nothing worse then a customer with an unanswered question. She loves what she does and it shows. No high pressure sales tactics here. Please call her--you are doing yourself a disservice not. Just for that once in a lifetime experience. Randy returned our call within hours and the next day came out to review the job and provide us with an estimate. Within a week, the job was finished. We then had a screen porch built and knew because of the attention to detail and responsiveness Randy provided on the first job, that he was the person we wanted for this job. Joe came back that afternoon and finished the job with another young man. They worked together very well and as I sat in the living room I could hear Joe pouring his knowledge and time into this young man and the young man was understanding doing and learning. Great job both of you. The counter looks great and my wife and I appreciate the strong finish that was made. “We had That Granite Place remove & replace our kitchen countertops last week . Our initial meeting at the shop with Mark & Joe was so easy ...believe me I was so nervous it was a big decision picking the right color & pattern . Sarah from the office even went out to the yard with us on one of our trips to help us make sure it matched our backsplash which was a big help . They laid it out for us at the shop so all the colors & patterns worked before they even came to our house to install. The crew led by Wilmer were so professional , clean & treated our house like their own . They did such a wonderful job I can not even see the seams . I would highly recommend this company they have such a big selection to choose from and go out of their way to make sure you love what you are selecting.
