(November 14, 2011, 5:31 pm)I subletted a unit here for 6 months on a month to month basis. They were upgrading the units while I was there, with my permission. All in all they were responsive and really seemed to be investing heavily in the building. The neighborhood has really improved and there are a number of businesses right along the streeth. For the dance/arts enthusiast there are galleries around the corner too! I was a graduate student at Catholic U law school while I was there.

I have lived here for 3 years. At first I was concerned with the new property owner / mananger. However, even though the rent went up slightly (and has not gone up since) all of that money seems to be going into renovations and 2916 8th Street Northeast, Washington, DC 20017 +1 202-657-5264.
