Catharine gave me tools to name short and long term career and personal goals and helped me identify the barriers I put in my own way to achieving them. By having the accountability of our regular sessions, I pushed through the discomfort of being out of my comfort zone (at times) which helped me to reach a new level of growth. She has an uncanny way of reframing my own words and saying them back to me so they were more positive and forward moving. I learned so much from my work with her!

Catharine helped me through a particularly challenging time in my life, both career-wise and in dealing with shifting family dynamics. As a life coach, she provided the objectivity, guidance, and ideas I couldn’t see from my somewhat overwhelmed point of view. It was great having an advocate to call on.

I had just lost my father and I needed to move my Mom closer to me, sell her house, find her a new home, and all while I had just started my own business. Catharine was my lighthouse! She helped me see all that I needed to do and not feel overwhelmed, both personally and professionally. She guided me through it all, while not losing sight of the big picture and how to achieve my goals in a short amount of time. Aside from being brilliant, she is logical, rational, thoughtful, and serves as the objective "best friend" we all sometimes need.

Catharine got me through a very difficult time in my life by helping me see clearly and deal directly with the issues that I was confronting. Throughout, she helped me see hope at the end of the tunnel, while asking me to being honest with myself. As a result, I garnered tools that I continue to use in my daily life. And I am so grateful for her kind and caring approach, which supported me while I did the hard work.
