Laura is incredible. She is not only extremely skilled and observant in her bodywork, but she is also highly intelligent and empathetic. She helped me relieve some of the tightness and imbalances I've been grappling with as I rehab an injury, she gave me tons of really useful advice on how to train mindfully to get my strength back in a way that will lead to more balanced biomechanics long-term, and she also helped me to recognized and reframe some of the self-defeating mental patterns I've been stuck in as a result of my injury. All this, based on a quick email exchange, an intake form, and a few initial moments of discussion before I got on the table. She sees you, figures out what you need with lightning-quick perceptiveness, and then compassionately helps you to course-correct. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I went to Laura for the first time yesterday and was immediately impressed with her knowledge and understanding of the body. She was recommended to me because I was experiencing an issue in my arm for about a month that would not resolve on it's own or with anything I was trying myself. After only one session, Laura was able to identify the area of my body that was causing my pain and make recommendations on how I should be more intentional of certain movements as I go through my day. She concentrated the session working on the areas that needed the attention and I've felt much better today than I have in the last month. I liked that Laura did not tell me I was going to need "x number" of sessions in order to start feeling better. She left the ball in my court and told me if I felt like I needed some additional help to reach out to her in the future. I would highly recommend Laura!

Laura is WONDERFUL! She has a deeply intuitive sense of the body and meets you exactly where you are. Her work is both an emotional and physical treat that will guide you deeper back into equilibrium with yourself. Holding physical tension in my shoulders, back and pelvic floor, Laura helped me create an openness in my body that I have not felt in MONTHS. She cares deeply about each of her clients, following up with empathy and recommendations on life adjustments, exercises and support. I felt like I had space inside me to breathe after working with her and I am so so grateful to know her!

Laura provided excellent client services. She communicates well, listens, and helps you to diagnose what's wrong. Her massage skills and manual manipulation were great and helped to alleviate pain while providing me with an understanding of how to maintain a healthier overall body.
