Great food in a warm setting with classic Indian hospitality. The Poori Chhole was oozing with authentic flavor and the Vegetable Pakora was delectable. The mulligatawny soup was the best medicine for the bomb cyclonic conditions outside and the jalebi made for the perfect sweet ending. The super friendly staff made us feel right at home as we enjoyed all the flavors!

Great food and environment! We use to order from them back when they were on Massachusetts avenue and were only Carry-out, but they recently moved to Georgetown and included dine-in which was fantastic! We tried the Chicken Biryani and Lamb Curry and enjoyed every bit of it. Highly recommend

We use to go to their previous location on Massachusetts avenue and loved their vegetarian options. Today we stopped by at their new location on Wisconsin Avenue and saw that they have added non-vegetarian options too! Such a vast menu! We tried the lamb curry and butter chicken and both were amazing ! Definitely stop by if you stop by Georgetown!

Highly recommend. It's the place to go when you are feeling homesick for comfort food but too lazy to make it. Ordered the rajma chawal (came with the side salad), pakoras, and gajar halwa. Everything tasted freshly made, full of flavor, and nostalgic. Generous portions for the price. Also highly recommend getting the achar even if you have a bottle at home!! It's mixed veg (lotus root, carrots, mango, chilis) and perfectly spiced and absolutely delicious!
