“The management team speaks in a sarcastic tone while trying to maintain professionalism. I guess if because they know that they need their jobs. If they were better than then anyone than they wouldn’t work where they are working. Management needs to do a full pest control inspection inside and outside of the property The property owner needs to train and discuss with staff how to speak with perspectives residents and current residents in a polite and kind way. The apartments are cute ,rent is doable ,it’s nearby the Giant ,metro ,I love surrounding community environment due convenience I will give it 4 stars because I did speak with a positive manager of the property who spoke to me well and gave me the information I needed to know with Pleasure If you are a resident or perspective customer wanting to live here and feel mistreated by the employees who work in the office, go above their head at the end of the day and every day, employees have a boss , you should always speak up and let them know you don’t appreciate the way they speak down on you or to you .They are not perfect and also can be removed from their jobs.The only work for William C Smith . They are not the owners of the company.”

“I live here , and I'm very grateful to finally have a place of my own! The units have a lot of space; they do a great job keeping the grounds clean, and it's convenient to grocery stores, shops, subway, bus, and the highway. Parking needs to be addressed more thoroughly because some residents allow their family and friends to park their cars here for months - leaving little to no parking spaces for people who live here! Most of the cars have out of state tags! Other than this issue, it's fine.”
