    The staff who took the turn in were professional curtious and efficient. They had us in and out with 5 minutes.

    From pickup to drop off the experience with the staff was awesome. However their fleet of box trucks definitely needs an update. I've had issues with the last two trucks I've rented. The last being the emergency brake being stuck and taking almost an hour to dislodge. I will say that the roadside assistance rep was very helpful though.
