I've sent my son here for the last 3 years to get him ready for base-stealing, baseball season. Shawn and Vernon are excellent trainers, instruct the kids in age-appropriate (no dead lifts) exercises, and are entertaining motivators!!! Oakley has continued to progress, both in sprinting and in hitting, thanks in large part to the core strength resulting from his training with Shawn and Vernon. Thank you guys!!

Great and knowledge.

I've been with these guys since I was thirteen and I wouldn't have it any other way. They've made me a better athlete, prevented injuries, helped with recovery, and made me faster. They know athletes like the back of their hands, and the individual attention is so special. When training with them you become part of the family and you connect with athletes from all over the area. Even as I enter college I will still be coming back to train with these two amazing people for years to come.

These guys are the absolute best of the best. No one cares about their athletes success more. A lot of trainers are just in it to make money, but these guys are genuinely in it for their athletes.They're over qualified to be coaching high school kids, but do it cause they love what they do. There's no one better in the DMV than Shawn and Vernon.
