Mr. Hackett and his team did an amazing job. From that very first phone call he explained to me how things were going to be. He was always kind and patient answering questions. My brother looked so nice, calm and peaceful, just like he was sleeping. The obituaries came out beautifully and he even recommended a great musician. I would without a doubt recommend Hackett funeral home for your loved one.

Had the most wonderful experience with Hackett’s Funeral Chapel. The entire team showed us so much respect and compassion. Our loved one was treated with so much respect and had a dignified funeral. In particular, Ms. Michelle was extremely kind and accommodating. It was not business, it felt so personal. Mr. Hackett assisted me from the beginning to the end of the process. I decided on his funeral home based on key factors; including but not limited to the way he answered the phone on the initial call, the professionalism of his language when explaining services offered, and how to get the most for my money. Mr. Hackett also explained the legalities in burials versus cremations, which was important, because I had never arranged a funeral before, and I was doing this from out-of-state and traveling back and forth to DC. He also went above and beyond expectations in trying to get my loved one's body released to me since I was not the immediate legal next of kin in the hierarchy of family relations. I sensed he really cared about my situation, and will always appreciate this.

I would recommend him to anyone who finds themselves with the unfortunate need to bury a loved one.
