So I never really post reviews unless it's negative I know that's wrong of me but I just had absolutely amazing customer service from a gentleman named Chris at this Ace Hardware store he took his time explained everything and then even offered to help me With a issue from another blower that I had Keep it up Chris it's extremely hard to find good customer service nowadays but you nailed it
No there was another gentleman that he was training assisting that was helpful too sorry I don't remember your name

Really love this place. Personal contact, true help, reasonable prices, big inventory, enough staff to be real customer support. Makes it where they have the time to listen and give correct answers, and then ask if you are satisfied. Every store should be like this store!

Great customer service, very clean store. But lacking in selection in some departments. I'd like to see more selection in drywall items and electrical items. Unfortunately neither Ace nor the competition up the street carry Siemens circuit breakers, so be prepared for a trip to the big orange store.

Great service at the key department. I had a key with one button that didn’t work. They ordered a blank, chipable key for me, then cut it and installed the chip from my old key into it. Didn’t even know you could do that but it kept the price way down compared to replacing my whole key. Come here for all your key needs!
