“One winter my car was parked in front of my residence - another slid down the hill (it had snowed very badly) and broadsided my car, knocked it up on the sidewalk - the undercarriage, trunk, wheels, tires, windows, fenders, etc were horribly damaged - I thought it was a "total loss"! An inspector came out, crawled all under the car, inspected it very thoroughly, spoke with me so kindly about the damages, sent a tow truck to take the car for necessary repairs and painting of the damaged areas. When I went to pick up my car I couldn't believe it was the same car! My auto insurance covered the cost of a rental car and the repairs! I am a senior in my 70's - it was a great comfort for me to know what a reputable company I was affiliated with! Thank you Allstate!”
