All Safe Mini Storage

I've had some storage unit horror stories recently, and All Safe was a huge breath of fresh air. You don't talk to an answering machine or a regional call center or anything like that. You immediately get in touch with a real human at the office who's helpful and friendly. When it came time to move out, they made it very convenient as there were no leaving fees or hidden shenanigans–I just called and said, "I moved out" and they took me out of the system. Though, I don't really encourage people to give them such short notice. It's better to give them a heads up in advanced, but I didn't have the luxury in my circumstance.

Genuinely been the best storage unit experience I've ever had.

Open 24/7. Convenient, Spoke with a gentleman that's I assume was the owner. Very nice. He just wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the facility.

So I called and nobody answered. Homeboi got back with me within 20 minutes. He answered all my questions about what kind of vehicles they had, and I was able to rent and return the truck same day no hassle. Great service. Will use again when it's time for the rest of my furniture.

you know sometimes you wonder if people forget that sometimes people can need a little help, that maybe, we are just numbers to them. But that is NOT the case with my experience with this company. That were very helpful and understanding with me, to help me get the account in good standing with them. I would highly reccomend them. :)
