5 stars is not enough to describe how amazing Natalie is!! I have very pigmented, thick Asian hair that has turned out brassy and orange every time other hair professionals have tried to color/lighten it in the past. But Natalie is somehow able to consistently turn my hair into a beautiful ashy color every time I see her for balayage/highlights. Her haircuts are always consistently amazing too! She is detail-oriented and knows exactly what to do to get the outcome that you want.

Her technical skills aside, Natalie is also just an all-around awesome person and I always enjoy coming in to see her. She is down-to-earth, patient, knowledgeable, and so hardworking... I love everything about her! She is also very professional. When I first met her for a consultation, she did not make me feel rushed at all and really took the time to understand what I wanted. She asked questions, was upfront and honest about what was actually feasible for my hair type, and gave me amazing suggestions without being pushy.

Since that first visit, she has somehow always remembered my preferences and tricky details about my hair every time that I've been to see her since (not sure how she remembers all of these small details because I know she has a gazillion clients). But that's just how she is, she is truly one-of-a-kind and hands down the best hair stylist I've ever had! I'll be so sad if I ever move/have to leave her!!

Natalie is truly fantastic! I had not gone for a hair cut for over a year because of the pandemic and it was starting to show. I decided to go to her for hair cut, color, and treatment. My mom also got her hair cut with her. We both felt safe since her station in the salon is next to a large window that she kept open to ensure good ventilation for safety, and we all wore masks the whole time.

Natalie was very meticulous, making sure to understand what type of hair style we wanted and what type of color I wanted. She spent a lot of time thinking carefully about how to color my hair and choosing the right products since I had used henna a while ago, while making sure I knew there was a chance that the hair color might not work because of the henna. Both my mom and I love the results and the hair color turned out beautifully.

Natalie is very dedicated towards ensuring that her clients are truly happy with how their hair turns out. She was also kind enough to teach me different ways of braiding my hair efficiently in the morning before work. She has a great work ethic, and I trust no one else with my hair. I highly recommend her!

This was my first time having my hair professionally highlighted/colored and Natalie went above and beyond to explain the process to me to ensure that I was comfortable. Not only that, she was incredibly thorough, friendly, and is amazing at what she does. I am IN LOVE with my highlights–she gave me exactly what I had described and I so appreciate the time, effort, and thought that she put into making them perfect. I cannot recommend her salon enough!

Natalie is AMAZING. I have been in search of someone who can manage my thick and curly hair for TEN years now but I finally found her. She’s affordable, talented and a wonderful person too. Strongly recommend her to anyone! She even took my hair from long to short without issue.

Natalie did such an incredible job with my hair! It’s long, and she didn’t shy away from creating an amazing cut with layers and body. I’ve been going to different places for years and am so excited to have found someone I plan to see for a long time.
