“This staff are busy and the phone rings almost constantly. Yes, you usually get put on hold because there are other people that called and they are working to resolve them first. There is usually one pharmacist (sometimes two) working to fill/verify/consult every single script. How many customers do you think use this pharmacy?? The answer? The majority of the population in Macclenny (and surrounding areas in Baker County). I find the staff (Crystal, Marie, Justin to name a few) very helpful and caring. I’ve personally seen Justin (pharmacist) track down products, call doctors, hospitals and care providers for elderly customers whom seemed unable to conduct business or forgot what they needed or came to the pharmacy for in the first place. This pharmacy is busy, there is usually a line to pick up, and yes that is annoying, but when it’s your time at the counter they will take time to assist you and answer any questions you may have. Also, I have problems with my scripts from time to time, however in EVERY case the error was not the fault of the pharmacy, rather with my doctor and how they call in the script. Another thing to keep in mind is the fact that just about all businesses are short staffed. This pharmacy trains many new assistants but they don’t always keep them. Many are sent to fill positions at other stores. Please be patient (no pun intended), remember the vast amount of people they service and when it’s your turn, ask the questions you want answered. It is a great team and I believe they are doing their very best.”

“Great branch, I have been coming here from Lake City for years now. The tellers always welcome you as you come in the door and the bankers are more than willing to help with any issues. I don't agree with the previous comment- I have been in to see Travis multiple times while he helped me with my IRA, with a power of attorney I have over my mother, and to set up a savings account for my baby girl. He was knowledgeable and took his time to answer all of my questions each time I came by the branch. This is a good bank with people who will listen and truly care!”

Seriously if you need anything plumbing related done these guys are the BEST! We're more than thrilled with the work they did pumping, cushing and filling in our old septic tank! “Overall not a bad experience, just wish it was a little bit cleaner. The tub and shower needed to be cleaned better and the floors needed to be mopped better. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet and efficient. Unfortunately the pool was not Open and it's August. I stayed in room 110 and there was a little mold on ceiling in the bathroom. Just a basic hotel that needs a little work but overall not too bad.”

“Oil pan drain plug came out of our car and the guys at night got me in at 8:59pm right before closing at 9pm on 6/10/22. Very helpful staff and had the parts waiting for us at checkout! 10 out of 10 service!!! Very very helpful and so glad they were there as I was coming out of town from Georgia. “We went for dinner because we've heard good things about the food and drinks. It didn't disappoint!! The free chips and salsa was awesome. The salsa was a little chunky with just a little kick but not too much. If you want you can crank it up with the hot sauce on the table. We ordered the chicken enchilada suiza (N-8) 4 enchiladas with beans and rice. The chicken was cooked perfectly with great flavor and very tender. Definitely was not overcooked which we've been experiencing at another local location not here. There was so much food we shared the meal. We will definitely be back! We spent about $20 total with a tip. CRAZY. Ps: this is obviously a favorite local restaurant, the place was full. Luckily we got seated right away.”

“Natalie is truly fantastic! I had not gone for a hair cut for over a year because of the pandemic and it was starting to show. I decided to go to her for hair cut, color, and treatment. My mom also got her hair cut with her. We both felt safe since her station in the salon is next to a large window that she kept open to ensure good ventilation for safety, and we all wore masks the whole time. Natalie was very meticulous, making sure to understand what type of hair style we wanted and what type of color I wanted. She spent a lot of time thinking carefully about how to color my hair and choosing the right products since I had used henna a while ago, while making sure I knew there was a chance that the hair color might not work because of the henna. Both my mom and I love the results and the hair color turned out beautifully. Natalie is very dedicated towards ensuring that her clients are truly happy with how their hair turns out. She was also kind enough to teach me different ways of braiding my hair efficiently in the morning before work. She has a great work ethic, and I trust no one else with my hair. I highly recommend her!”
