LAPT is an amazing place. I needed a few weeks of physical therapy after my truck was totaled in an auto accident in October so I was referred to the Starke location. The ladies who helped me were so personable and attentive as well as knowledgeable on the exercises and treatments, I felt extremely comfortable working with every single one. I also witnessed many others getting treatment during my therapy and each person was thoroughly taken care of, receiving the best service they can possibly offer! The office is very clean and comfortable, it was even decorated for the holidays! Katie, the receptionist, was also very kind and helpful with scheduling patient appointments both on the phone and in person - I honestly can’t think of a single complaint. 10/10 would recommend for anyone seeking relief, LAPT is the place to be.

Best Rehab Team ever! After a knee replacement surgery they worked to return my functional ability. They know how to push you through those difficult times when your pain limits what you want to do. Great resource for pain control, keeping your MD updated and encouragement to return to a more active life style! Great Team!

Such a well put together facility. All of the staff, from the Techs to the PT’s, are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Top of the line, clean and functioning equipment. If I could get on their traction table every day I would! Highly recommend them!
