(October 8, 2019, 8:05 pm)Star Party went down here! It was so dark I couldn't tell we weren't on the coast. The night sky was beautiful and we caught glimpses of planets and the andromeda galaxy. Would love to go back during the day some time and see some gators. Beware: the water smells bad.
(July 11, 2019, 5:11 pm)Nice. Quiet. But... The bugs... My god the bugs. I brought 90% deet with me and it only worked for about 30 second to a minute before I'd have to re-apply. So keep that in mind during the summer months in the morning and evening.
